Bryan and Julie have been married for 26 years and have lived in Chattanooga for 22 of those years. They love the city, and they regularly take advantage of the outdoor activities that Chattanooga has to offer. As Chattanooga continues to grow, they are proud to play a part in helping build new homes and spaces for people moving in.
Bryan Bledsoe: Managing Partner

Bryan is a Licensed Residential and Commercial General Contractor. He oversees the day to day operations of the business, and is personally involved with construction and vendor management to ensure Dwell is achieving the maximum quality and value for his customers. Bryan also works directly with his Partners to insure quality controls are in place for each project Dwell Designed Construction undertakes, and that the master schedule is adhered to.
Experience
Along with his Partners, Bryan brings years of hands on experience to Dwell Designed Construction. He understands the building process from the beginning to end, and strives to make the customers involvement a central component to the process. He believes that communication is the key to facilitating a positive relationship through the process.
Bryan has managed a small retail operation with locations throughout the Southeast, held a management role in a Fortune 250 company, and worked directly in the residential construction industry. His years of experience of managing and working with clients have helped shape Dwell into the business that it is today.
Julie Bledsoe: Head Designer

Julie brings over 20 years of experience to the DWELL team, and is not only the Lead Designer, but also a valued Partner. Her acquired knowledge of interior and exterior finishes, truly unique eye, and passion for design makes every project individualized. Julie strives to create an original space for each client. She understands each customers dream, and works with the DWELL team to create amazing DWELLings for every client within their budget. Julie has been featured in numerous publications throughout the years (Chatter, City Scope, etc...) for her innovative design and creativity.
Experience
Julie has run her own design business for more than 20 years, and works with clients to create truly personal spaces. This experience has connected her with the opportunity to shape relationships with local vendors and artisans that are part of the design process. She has provided design services throughout the US and internationally, and has worked projects at all price points. She has joined with numerous builders throughout the years to create unique spaces, and has gleaned a unique perspective on the best practices to bring to DWELL.
